My Bubble Tea is a French manufacturer of fruit pearls, supplying professional actors in Bubble Tea, foodservice, retail and the food industry. Based in Guidel, Brittany, we control our entire production chain: formulation, manufacturing, packaging and quality control.
While our pearls are primarily designed for Bubble Tea, our expertise also extends to alginate-based food pearls capable of meeting specific requirements for texture, bursting effect and stability.
